Another Monday is almost behind us. I’m always greeted by a Monday morning with an internal dialogue about how important it really is to keep my eyes closed and catch a few more minutes of snooze time. Charlie has caught onto this dilemma and has started waking me up to the smell of croissants. Sneaky man.
I realized late last night as I was packaging up a gift to one of my brides that I never actually posted their wedding images! Oi vey! I hope this isn’t indicative of how this little girl is going to impact my memory when she’s actually here! I’m becoming more and more dependent on my sticky note & iCal method of organizing my life. So I’m sorry but I’ll share a few of my favorites.
Melissa and Ryan are such a sweet couple. I’ve known Melissa since the sixth grade, but hadn’t seen her in ages! I was so thrilled to hear from her and have this opportunity to capture her wedding day. You might remember their engagement session? Sadly when we switched blog sites in March my post is gone, but here is the link to when it was featured on Engaged & Inspired. She was a brilliant bride, doing all of her planning for her wedding out here in Southern California from Washington DC, where both she and Ryan work. They returned home for the wedding, and it was a splendidly perfect day! Surrounded by their loved ones, the emotions of the day rubbed off on me and I teared up. Granted I was pregnant and didn’t know, but I usually get emotional along with the bride and groom. I’m such a sucker!
So here is a look into their day complete with an adorable bible boy, flower girls, bubble notes to one another throughout the day and a fantastic bridal party.
