I’m so thrilled to finally be posting this adorable little boy’s first birthday photo shoot! I needed to wait until after the actual party where the photos were shown.
Jordan is seriously such a sweetheart and quite the lucky little kid with his awesome parents Heather and Rob. Heather envisioned a whole vintage travel theme for his first birthday celebrations, and she went all out with the creativity.

This is for me??? Okay, I have to be honest.. I had never shot a cake smash before. So looking forward to Karis’s first birthday next year, I’m getting really excited about watching these important moments for little kiddos. I had no idea what to expect. Jordan’s response? Such an intense curiosity and interest. I’ve never seen a kid be so methodical eating a cake before. He almost looked like he was sneaking something he wasn’t supposed to be into. Absolutely hilarious. Yes little man, this cake is all for you! Enjoy! (& your mama got THE best cake around… yes, the Lemon Cake from Martha Green’s Bakery in Redlands.)
